Important Notice
We prepare all food in a single kitchen with shared ovens, tools, and prep surfaces. While we take precautions, cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

For guests with severe allergies, please be advised that our food may not be suitable.

Core allergens in our kitchen

Gluten (wheat): All standard pizza dough contains wheat. We do not offer a gluten-free crust at this time.

Dairy: Traditional cheeses and some finishes contain cow’s milk.

Egg: Some third-party dressings or desserts may contain egg.

Soy: Select items or sauces may contain soy.

Tree nuts: Seasonal items like basil pesto may contain pine nuts or other tree nuts.

Sesame: Not used in standard recipes. If present, it will be marked.

Honey: Some finishes include honey. Honey is not vegan.

Dietary notes
Vegetarian: Some pizzas are vegetarian by default or on request.
Vegan: We do not offer vegan pizzas at this time.
Spicy: Items with Calabrian chilis or other hot ingredients are marked Spicy.

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. All pizzas are prepared using shared ovens, stones, peels, and make-tables. While we take general precautions, cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.
